You need to know this...

Why are your testicles outside your body?

  • So your Testicles don’t overheat.
  • Your testicles produce sperm. The optimal temperature for male sperm is slightly lower than the normal body temperature of 98.6°F (37°C). It is generally considered to be around 95°F to 96°F (35°C to 36°C).
  • This is why the testicles, where sperm is produced, are located outside the body in the scrotum. The scrotum acts as a natural temperature regulator, helping to keep the testicles at the ideal temperature for sperm production and health. If the testicles get too warm, it can decrease sperm production and quality, which can make it more difficult for couples to conceive.

You and Testosterone.

Your testicles produce a substance called testosterone this substance is a hormone.  Your body will produce this substance for you to define yourself as a male.  Women also produce testosterone but in smaller quantities
